    Inside one business day for non-IR work - usually within four hours during EU/US overlap. For IR, the hotline number rings a duty operator 24/7; we aim for under 90 seconds to pickup, with a senior responder on the line inside 60 minutes if you're on retainer.

    No, but you can. The intake form is enough for a scoping call - we don't need details of the breach to triage. If you want a mutual NDA before the first conversation, ask in the message field and we'll send one the same day. We also accept yours.

    Pick "Discuss" - we'll come back with a fixed-fee number after the 30-minute scoping call. No hourly billing, no surprise overruns. If we're not the right fit for your budget, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere that is.

    Yes. Our operators travel for on-site work, and the SOC runs follow-the-sun across NA, EMEA and APAC. We've delivered engagements in 14 jurisdictions; if you need a specific regulator framework (BaFin, MAS, APRA, NIS2…) mention it in the message - we have operators who've shipped against each.

    For anything sensitive - IR triage, exploit details, leaked credentials - please don't email plaintext. Use Signal (cyber72.01), or ask us for a PGP key or a Keybase team we'll set up for you. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and stored at rest for a maximum of 90 days.
